do you use foul words

well i generaly use foul words outside the house. my mom and dad will get mad if i do inside.. when i am in my room and alone and i get mad or get depressed i shout foul words, i curse myself, i write these curses and i think about them. damn!. when i get mad i really curse so bad.. when i am also in school or with my friends..
