Zero and ten are one in the same?

So dimension zero and the 10th dimension are the same in structure? I am at a loss. How could this be circular. Somebody please enlighten this troubled mind. God knows how many nights have gone without good rest in the name of enigmas. And again, dimensions 3,6, and 9 are the same. Each group of three run along very similar lines. Thoughts?
