Ocular migrains

Has anyone here had a ocular Migrain, I had one just a few days ago and it freaked me out. My husband did not want to take me to the dr. for it..sd I was overreacting, bt it was very intense and scary, and started to hurt badley. Please let me know your experience, and advice on what to take and prevent. I have a family history of migrains and have only had 2 so far, but now I am scared I may start having them all of the time like my mom.

I used to suffer with migrains, 3 days every month, it seemed to run through the girls in my family, until someone told me to take just a little Apple Cider Vinegar in water every morning jus in a small measuring glass and while I was taking that I never had another one, apparantlt it is a blood thinner, worked for my sister and a friend as well....
