In every film ever made in any language, it is the right and virtuous hero who wins in the end though the baddy's got a whole lot better arsenal than the hero?

Yes lot of films are like that. But all audience like heroes to win in films. But there are films which give importance to negative characters. There are also films which has got heroes in a negative characters. These films are great to watch. They are a real treat to our eyes.

because thats what people want to see. we all want to feel that good will triumph over evil because we ourselves want to triumph. everyone sees themself as right and we want to know that we can win over our enemies even though we don't always feel taht we have the ability. Thomas Kvamme

this is not a question related to films only but in real life i feel that if you have done something wrong you have to pay for that in your near future right here in your life sooner or later. i am not talking about the heaven or hell or next life because no body realy know about this. films are same like this they teaches us that good always win and God always help those who help others.
