yup sure I can. You have to buy glass colours. Visit any shop(where art equipments are available). Ask them to show you glass colours. Two types of glass colours are available in India. 1)Either in tubes.By pressing the tubes, you can colour on glass. or, 2)in bottles.(If you are expert paintbrush user, then you can choose this.) I buy the second type.I dont like the first type of colour. And with glass colours one liner is free(it's always in tube format). Now take any printed picture.Keep it under a glass. From the top of glass you can view the picture(which is under the glass). Trace the outline of the picture using the black or any other one-colour liner(tube). After the outline is traced, keep it to get dried on the glass. After 4-5 hours(approax) take the glass and check if the outliner has been fully dried and sticked on the glass or not. Now take colours from glass colour bottles and using paint brushes fill the inner side of the outlined picture. colour on the glass very well.colour 10% let it get dried. after it get dried, then colour 10% more. in this manner complete the colouring the entire glass in fine manner. ========================================================================= if this post is not clear to u then add me as a friend.i'll give u my email id and through some attachments i can explain the method properly.it's difficult to convince u the process here in this post without any attachment.
