Unisex (genderless) wash rooms/public toilets, good idea?

Most public toilets are either labeled men or women. Will it be socially acceptable in your country to have a unisex one? what is your personal opinion?

I have been to some dance clubs with unisex bathrooms. It really wasn't that weird. There were no urinals only stalls.
