In India we have special day on this day the consitution of India is came into operation. The consitution of India was drafted by the Constitutent Assembly by sitting for 2 years 11 months and 17 days. The consitution of India is considered as the one of the best consitutions of the world, which accomadates all the consitutions best principels available inthe world particularly the fundamental rights of the part III have derived from the American Bill of Rights and the Directive Principles of State Policy have been derived from Spanish Consitution, the Centre State Relations from the Canadian Constitution, the Trade and other related rights from the Australian consitution. The consitution is bulky one consisting of at the time of enactment 394 articles but now it is having 445 articles about 100 amendments. But there are some critics who say that Indian consitution is failing to fulfill the common man aspirations, we should change it, but I consider that consitution is accomadating all good things but at the time of implementing the system is failed we have to set it and no need to blame the consititution.
