Paypal related question ?

I suppose paypal provides two types of ways of withdrawing money from account with it.One , direct transfer to my saving account or issuing a check and send it to my address . ( I am from India) .
Which one should be prefered from my country . I am having some 20 dollars or so amount of moeny in my paypal account .
Please advice me in detail .

Unfortunately , for Indians Paypal doesnt
transfer the money to Indian Bank accounts .
we have bank cheque option . The minimum
withdrawing amount thru cheque is 150$ .
And Paypal fees is 5$ . so after geting
more than 155$ into Paypal account , we
can ask for a bank cheque . This cheque
can be credited to any Indian Bank Account .

I agree. Paypal only transfers to US bank accounts. Not to Indian accounts yet I guess. Primarily because of Indian laws & rules I think.
