Breakfast or just Coffee

Do you eat breakfast everyday or just grab a coffee and call it breakfast. I have been doing it for a while now. I just have my tea and go to work without breakfast. Then I am starving by 11:30. I know it is not good. I am wondering how many of you skip breakfast?

Eating breakfast actually makes you hungrier, faster. If you eat a small breakfast in the morning you will start the fat-burning metabolism and you will be hungrier faster. People who skip breakfast don't start this process and the fat stays in the body. Coffee is really bad to be the only thing you drink/eat for breakfast. You should pick up a muffin of something high in fiber. Fiber is the best in the morning.
