If you really wish to gain attention...develop a specific talent, like juggling, or perhaps grab a guitar and just start singing. You can always dress out there or act obnoxious, but you may get undesired responses. My best advice would to be to be a person that is pleasant to be around. Deep attention from a few is far more beneficial and pure than shallow attention from the masses.

if u can give presentations in public then u can have a very good image. if u can address a crowd then also u can have a good public image.
