I vote for British Airways
Reason: One flight my head phone jack was broken but instead of saying sorry they said "Well, we can't fix it can we!"
Another flight I had no pillow and they said "Oh, another passenger must have taken it- again no sorry"
Another flight they actually counted how many tiny cans of beer we had drunk
So then I wised up and stopped flying with them
So I give 50 points to the airline that never says sorry

i think virgin is
wen i was comin home from florida to england, the meals they gave us wer cold and wen i told them this all they said was 'o well what do u expect me to do about it?'
i thought that was outragous, so i wrote to management lol and got paid compensation!
