What do you Think about pay to promote sites?

I'm tring to get some money from a pay to promote site and i was wondering if you heard anything about it. I'll put the pay to promote link in here and i'll apreciate your click. What do you think about he site? Are they going to pay me? Has anyone been payed?

well yes but you need referrals you make much more on referals then you can make on your own! So you have to get a rotator and add all your sites then everybody in your down line do the same thing you have to show them how and then you can make allot more money.

Tough to support something that pays 65 cents for 1000 hits.
