how would you get people to join your inhome party plans

i have been with one company for over 2 years now and just started one the first of 2006 i am having truble getting people to join my team how would you get them to join your team?

Well it dependson your product, which you needed to mention in the post.
Don't try to set up a "team". This is an mlm and you will never make money ifyou keep trying to get people to join...and that is the plan. Get the PRODUCT sold.
