What are the guidelines so your discussions would be replied by many users?

I was just wondering why others discussion gets replied so easily.. LIke 100 responses.. Would this mean that a lot of people are interested in that certain topics?

Yes obviously if a topic received quite a lot of response say 100 responses its must be interesting. I think boils down to the degree of the quality and how intereste the topic being posted. I also notice quite a lot of users who has received suc responses has a high star rating (just my observation). I guess having a high star rating really does pay off.
