itz a kind of puzzle!giv a try!
one farmer with a hen,a fox and a bag full of rice wants to go to the other side of the river!there is only single boat and only two can be in it at a time otherwise it ll sink!so how ll the farmer cross the river in the boat?if the farmer crosses the river with the fox leaving the hen and rice behind,the hen ll finish the rice in no time!nw if u think of crossing the river with rice,the fox ll eat the hen!so how can he cross the river?think...think all possibilities!

here's how i know to do it; on the first trip, the farmer will take the hen with him across first, then on the seconnd trip the farmer will take the fox with him across the river and deposit it there taking with him the hen when going back for the rice, on the third trip the farmer will get the rice and leave the hen and cross it to the other side with the fox. on the final journey the farmer will be going for the hen. greetings. : )

The Farmer and the Hen first crosses the river.
The Farmer comes back alone.
The Farmer takes the Rice Bage across the river.
He comes back with the Hen.
The Farmer takes the Fox across the river.
He comes back alone.
Finally the Farmer crosses the river with the rice bag.
Now everyone has happily crossed the river.
