Well, honestly...I never had a problem with my weight. I love my body and have grown to accept the fact that I wouldn't gain weight...no matter what I do. But to give some advice, I asked one of my friends to take a dance class with me two times a week and she said that she was able to loose the pounds she added on for the holidays...so maybe that can work for you! I wish there was an exercise for gaining weight...lol. I really don't think that age has anything to do with it...keep trying. Thanks for the post and good luck.

people say i look better because i've gained weight. they thought i was too skinny. but i'm not exactly comfortable with the way my body has developed lately because of the fats here and there. so now, i try to discipline myself into religiously doing crunches.

I always needed to gain weight when I was young and tried everything, it is just as frustrating as trying to lose weight. I wish I had never tried to gain weight, because now I can't lose it.

Yes! The same with me here. It is very easy to gain weight but to loose them... urgh!! It was very frustrating and now I am quite a bit heavy weighted and I am planning to go on diet but I know these days it is very difficult for me to loose weight. Maybe you can try this: Eat every meals but reduce the amount of food to half. This will increase your metabolism because when you eat according to time, your body will produce the energy to burn food and also produces heat. This heat is useful to burn the fat. I hope it works for you. I hope it works for me too.

No, I am extremely unhappy about my weight over the past 5/6 years I've gain 85 pounds (a small child) -- It is very distressing, much of it has been caused by the medications I'm on (they stimulate the appetite) and some of it is my age, after 40,45 you start having that "hormonal" stuff and wake up one day 15 pounds heavier just because some chemical in the body wants to stop working -- I want so badly to lose at least 50 pounds this year. So I am watching the food and trying to get in exercise, I weigh at the doctor's office every couple of weeks, I have lost 15 pounds since November and now I'm at a stand still, hopefully I have just stalled for a few weeks and will start dropping again soon :)

I had this problem when I was younger. I did not gain weight when I gave birth either I was very skinny, before, during and after. I did not gain weight until I had a complete hysterectomy. I have 10 pounds I can not lose no matter what.
