To be able to gain a lot of traffic to your blogs, you really need to post some good quality posts that people are interested in reading. As it is your own personal work, it is completely up to you how much and how often you post, but if you want readers and you want them to keep comming back then I think the content should be informative and entertaining.

You won't get anything if you post nonsense because your post will get deleted and you and everyone else who replied to the discussion will lose their points.

It doesn't matter as long as you are posting something with a point. You can't just post nonsense and expect to get paid. You have to have a well thought out statement to make, and then make it. Sometimes less words is actually better. People don't want to read a "novel" every time they look at your blog.

I don't think it really matters so long as your actually posting something of substance- not just gibberish nonsense.
