I'M 18 YEAR OLD COLLEGE STUDENT. IN SEPTEMBER MONTH I WAS WORKING IN A PVT. LIMITED COMPANY.
I WORKED THERE FOR 1 MONTH 7 MY SALARY WAS 3500 Rs.
BUT STILL AFTER 4 MONTHS I'VE NOT GIVEN MY SALARY.& WHEN I'M TRYING TO CALL THEM FOR SALARY THEY ARE NOT ATTENDING MY PHONE OR SWITCH OFF THEIR PHONE.
FREQUENTLY I'VE VISITED THE OFFICE BUT THEY TOLD ME TO COME TOMORROW.WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

I think you shoul take legal action now. I think you have been enough good with them its time to give them the real taste. First of all make a F.I.R against them...............

Do you have some proof of your employment with them....like Pay slip or joining letter? Or did you sign their payroll register regularly? If you have them, then you can file a complaint in the Labour court, thorugh the local police station. But, remember, you need to have the proofs in hand, that you were a employee of that company. There are high chances that, the employer will try to prove that you never worked for them.
