Ok this is very close to home this subject but i will tell you how i knew... He would come home later than he used to, eat at the table and it was like he didnt live there. Kept his mobile outside to charge. Always be out and not go anywhere with me. Tell me we will go out for dinner and i dress up and we end up going through maccas drive thru. I keep asking and he keep denying it and i did everything possible to find out and it made me depressed but i eventually found out as she contacted me and i met her and picked her up and we both confronted him!!!
