ive faced lot of such problems if u see a message before shutdown that its gonna restart in 30 seconds then you need a service pack of ur windows and to temporarily stop it goto run in start up and type "shutdown ~a", if it starts suddenly then try re installing the windows and even after that the problem doesnt go then God forbidden ur ram might be having some problems, try cleaning it and changing the slot
