Underpaid labor, Minimum wages in third world country.

Here in my country, many people work in very minimum wages. They are poorly underpaid. Most of them get $45-50 dollars a month working as a house maid, or labor at factory. For someone who is working hard in a dangerous enviroment such as chemical factory, not only they're underpaid but also had poor health condition due to the polluted air, heat from fire and machine, dust, etc. Have you ever heard of this situations in your country? How underpaid do you think labor in ur country?
