Research shows that people benefit if they have a pet like a dog and a cat it may lower blood pressure and heart rate or ease stress and loneliness and even dementia related agitation in the elderly, but a new research in Finland says that pet owners tend to be more heavier less active and in poor health than those without a pet, what do you think about this

i totally disagree with Finland's issue, i dont believe it, but i am sure that with dog people can get benefit, like they go for walk, they share feeling and they make great companion, but with cat ones agian other issue is, its only god for those who dont have any allergies or not prone to allergies, coz cat hair is one of the coz for allergies, rather then that cat also can be good companion
