DO U SUFFER FROM SEVERE BACKPAIN??

yaa i am suffering becuse i have to work in front of system in which i have to sit for more then 14 hrs.i definately try accupressure.thanx

i suffer from chronic backpain and i already tried accupressure. relieve is so temporary and lasts for about 5 minutes. after that the same problem and sometimes even more. The main mistake with all techniques like that for serious back problems is that people stop feeling the pain. and the pain is the only protection for more hurting of spine. accupressure can be of help only for smaller backpain problems and some temporary inflamation of nerve.
