What is the purpose of our life? Why are we even here?

These days, ive found myself asking this question time and again. And I havnt been able to get an answer to this question. I mean, what exactly is the purpose of our life? We are born, and then we die, but what purpose do the 70odd years of our life serve?

Our purpose to live the life should be simple and straight way towards the humanity and their welfare. We are here to help our country to make a developed nation. We are here to serve our parents and to supports them at their old age. We are here to do out job and satisfy the other. We are here for social service and goodwill purpose.
