What do you do to reduce your back pain?

I've been having a back pain often.I don't do much physical work or do extreme work-out but I often feel the pain and heavy feeling around my lower back.Last night I couldn't really sleep well because of my back was bothering me. I have this more when I am under stress and winter. What do you do to reduce the pain without pain killer? Is there any good way to stay away from the pain?

try laying down on your back in the floor, hold your knee and pull it up toward your chest, do it on each leg and hold it for a while and you can feel the stretch on your lower back. always stretch everyday when your body warm up and you feel so much better after that. If you live here in the US you can watch the fittv channel coz they so many show on working out.
