how to make full use of NEW CONCEPT ENGLISH 3 AND 4

Hello everyone,
I have studied english for more than 10 years. I found my oral english and listening comprehension are so poor. It is said that NEW CONCEPT ENGLISH 3 and 4 is good for english studing. But how to make use of the classicl english text?
