How to get referrals

I want to start promoting this site to try and get referrals. I am a member of some ptr programs and I am going to use my earnings to buy advertisments. Do you think I will get any referrals that way? How many do you have and how did you get them? I know you probably don't want to give away any of your tips, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much!

you have to put your referral id in some wbeiste or even your blog it will be useful.try creating a blog at bloggers.com and start reffering others and tell ur friends too to joinin mylot best way dude.

No, I don't really know anyone else that likes doing this. Hmmmm....oh well, thanks for the advice, but I don't think that will work for me. lol.
