need money for more education

I just lost my job of 20 years and am having a hard time finding a similar job.I made my wyy up the so called company ladder the hard way. And now I need to get diplomas (education)that show my credentials as experiance sometimes does not count. How can I get to My RRSP's without paying high tax on it or can I borrow from it Tax free and return the money as when I bought my home????
