Paypal users Warning!!!!!

has anyone heared this about the paypal users warning?there lots of paypal users whos been complaining about there account that they were not able to get..that paypal can take money from your account without your knowledge?that they can hold your account with no explanations?are you using paypal?do you have also experience on this matter?

Now this sounds weird. I have recieved many pays from different sites and none of my pays were removed from me. I don't think paypal is aloud to do this. this is like stealing money from their customers and much like scam. But if this happened to me i would definately try my luck at suing them

I use paypal and have never had any problems with them. Everything has worked well for me using them and love using them very much. Never heard of them taking money from someone for no reason or without any knowledge. Someone must be doing something wrong or suspicious in order for them to do anything with a persons account.
