Who or what inspires/drives you most in your work/job? Is it the compensation? the emotional reward?the companionship with officemates? the office environment?

with my officemate and also the work environment, right now im not inspired with the atmosphere on my work, because they keep on firing people out... that doesnt inspiring....

yes, it's really not encouraging to work in a company that keeps on firing people. just wondering, what's the reason why your company keeps on firing people? financial problem?

currently where i am working nothin inspires me even a bit ..i m just working for the heck of getting an experience in finance industry ...previously i used to work in a school as a teacher and what mainly inspired me to work harder were my fellow students ..the amount of respect you get from your children is worth a million dollars ....

Just a few words of appreciation inspires me most. Sometimes even compensation doesnot work for me. If somebody praises my work, I feel like doing anything for him.

Of course lucrative compensation and how the management value your worth in the organization.
It also inspires me, when colleagues reciprocate the goodness you've extended to them. It makes you feel belong and loved.

For me it is the job itself that inspires me. I made the decision to choose the job that was my passion so that every morning I would want to go to work, and it wouldn't even feel like a real job. To be paid on top of that is just icing on the cake.
