If you have the money now and you will chose a place to live what would you choose a House and Lot or a Condominium?

if i get enough money, i'd still choose to buy a house and a lot. if possible, a medium sized house with a big lot. i want my house surrounded by trees and flowers. it's great.

Definitely house and lot. We own 200 acres with a house on it, we also just bought 10 acres in another state that we are going to start building on. I could never live in the city.
