who will replace Sir Alex?

Sir Alex has been in MU for 20 years and he has brought MU won some titles and awards. thoguh MU still needs him, considering his old age, the management should think bout who will replace him if something happen to Sir Alex. Who would you think has capabilities to replace Sir Alex to lead MU? for me Mourinho would be a good choice
