Have you tried being snatched by snatchers?????

I went to a mall yesterday and I stopped by a fast food chain to eat...While I was eating i placed my bag in my side and in a couple of seconds a snatcher snatched my bag and ran away. I ran after the snatcher and reported it to the guard and the mall security but to no avail... They were not able to tell who exactly snatched my bag and they were not able to trace him. Im really sad and angry about the situation...all my stuff are there...my wallet with money, my cellphone, my make up stuff...plus my atm cards, identification cards and credit cards. I feel that I have to start form the beginning Anyone with similar experience? how did you deal with it?
