Acid Buffer for Textile Dyeing

We are looking for acid buffer to use in the dyeing of polyester fabric with disperse dyes. We want to incorporate following properties in our formulation 1. acid buffer to maintain acidic pH in polyester dyeing done at 130 C 2. Levelling, dispersion to get levelled dye uptake on fabric. 3. Chelating agent to chelate all the metal salts present in the Liquor bath. 4. Get the maximum bright shade and uptake of dye We want to have the best chelation which can work in the hardness of 10,000- 25,000 ppm
