My Own Online Radio.. how?

Anyone of you out there know how to setup your own online radio for the whole world to stream and listen to? I'm not sure if this categorises under podcasting. If so, how do I start my own podcast?

I have my own podcast called TC Squared. But for online radios, you can go to www.listen2myradio.com There, it is easy to set up your own station.
