our higher education system needs comprehensive reform. we have to reform our schools , promoting research, meeting the knowledge needs of agriculture and small and medium enterprises and facilitating innovation and enterpreneurship.the benefit of the advancement in the IT sector should be fully exploited in the higher education system.suggest your ideas in this matter.
