Is Your Computer Ready for Windows Vista?...Check out before u upgrade!... Minimum Requirements (Capable PC): *Processor Speed: 800 MHz *Memory: 512 MB *Graphics Processor that is directx 9 capable Recommended Specs (premium Ready PC): * Processor Speed: 1 GHz 32 bit (x86) or 64 bit (x64) Processor * Memory: 1 GB * 128 MB of Graphics Memory(min)...which supports Directx 9 with a WDDM Driver, Pixel Shader 2.0 and 32 bits per pixel. * 40 GB Hard disk drive with min 15 GB free space. * DVD ROM drive * Multi channel Audio output capability and Internet Access capability. Pls add u'r responses/comm/correction(if any) about the specs...

pc's are ready for vista but driver's manufactuters are still not ready to upload drivers for vista.

Definitely I want to be ready for Vista, well the posted reccommended requirements in my book is the minimum. of course if you want to use the full potential of vista, you must have an uber rig.

thats right...recommended configs is also not too high itself...its just the AGP memory that need a boost...

well some1 i know has a pre release version of it and it runs slow even on a duo core2 processor ..... well besides im happy with xp its got everything and i got loads of stuff already installed on it so i dont wanna lose that
