mughlai cusine in kolkata

what do you think about the popularisation of mughlai cusine in kolkata? people from anywhere love to taste diffrent food .but mughlai cusine is very popular in kolkata but then also it is not getting good response here. why?????????

As far as I know Mughlai cuisine is very much liked in Kolkata as my husband is from there and all his friends and their families also prefer mughlai food
