TO ALL WHO HAVE HAD myLot PROBLEMS- Hurrah!

MyLot does listen and respond I want to share the message I received from them a short time ago. We had server issues yesterday that have since been rectified. It affected all users at random times. Please let us know if you have anymore issues. Best regards, myLot Staff

I have received responses from time to time, and when there are computer issues I know that it is really frustrating. Not enough to leave here, however. I figure they will eventually get fixed. Thanks for sharing with us, though. We really do appreciate it.

That's really good. I just posted on anohter one of your posts, that they seem to be running almost two weeks behind. A couple of weeks ago I couldn't log in. So I sent them a message. The next day everything was fine and I assumed they fixed it. Yesterday I got an email saying, I could log in now?Maybe they are up to date on it now.

Anyway, mylot earnings have been updated about 22 minutes already. For those who have been crying out for mylot's blood, I hope you have a different view as of now. I have never written to mylot staff but your post helps me understand the integrity of mylot. Now the matter can be put to rest. Everyone, back to work - I mean earning.

I was affected by it as well. I had to keep pressing the post reponse button that I ended up sending two of the same messages on the same discussion. And that happened twice as well lol. I'm glad they're back up now, so I can get back to responding to people's discussions. :)

Thanks for letting us know. I figured that was what was happening. I think it's still happening but to a leser extent today. I'm sure they will get it straightened out soon... or I hope so at least..lol

It's good to hear that MyLot do take note of messages sent to them, and even occasionally respond. I must say, MyLot has changed a lot since November, when I joined, and mostly for the better.

It's good to hear that they responded, but I don't think that their server issues have been rectified. I'm having even more trouble with it today than I was yesterday. At least they are aware of the problem and are acknowledging it. I'm getting ready to send them a message today.
