Rain Water Harvesting.

I live in a flat in chennai.We face the problem of water scarcity.We need to depend on other sources for water.My friends adviced me to suggest rain water harvesting as a solution.Have any one of you done this before.If so please let me know the details.

Rain Water Harvesting is recycling of water, the most important natural resource. Thanks to Jayalalitha who introduced this system all over Tamil Nadu. I am planning to to the water harvest at Kollegal, very shortly.
