My family (2 adults, 1 child) went to Puerto Galera last summer 2006. Here's a rough computation of our expenses, everything will be in PHP or Philippine Peso.
1000 Gas (manila to batangas, my parents drove us to batangas port)
600 Boat fare + port fee (roundtrip 300 per person)
6000 Accomodation (2000 per night, the resort is not beachfront) www.lanseiwater.com
2000 Food for 4 days (estimate only)
9600 TOTAL
We did not go snorkeling, banana boating because we have our baby with us.
