I have rented a house for 1 year and the lease was up however the landlord assured me i could renew the lease for another year. after getting out of work I contacted the landlord and he told me he had rented it already.The landlord then gave me what was owed minus partial of lasts months rent which i never paid due to using it to fix the house so i could get my money back.after giving me a hard time and telling me he didn't believe i fixed the house consisting of painting shampooing carpets etc. he then wrote a list of things that had to be done, i did them and i was told i could only get partial of my money back, he did however charge me $50.00 for not completing last months rent, now he's stating i need to pay for a full 275 gallon tank at 868.00 when it was 3/4 full
