Does anyone use outlook express?

For their email? I used to use incredimail because i love the stationary for it. Whenever it downloads my messages they are all blank though. I know you are supposed to be able to add stationary to outlook express but I have no clue how to do it. Can anyone be of assistance? Thank you very much
