What all have you tried that worked and didn't work for you? Tell me why it is that you diet. Is it to stay healthy, loose wieght, keep up with your children, etc. I'm struggling with dieting but I really don't have a sure fire method other then to eat right and exercise. Any advice?

Do you drink lots of water? if not you must drink at least 2 litres a day, the colder the better. Have some "green tea" and eat cantaloupes, it helps burn %30-35 of fat cells.

change of lifestyle is the only thing that works long term and we should all be trying to live more healthy count calories and have exercise to stay the weight you want
