Every time your heart beats, 25 percent of the blood goes to the brain. You can do other things besides walking. Dance reduces the risk of dementia. So does gardening and knitting. One of the foolish things we do is discourage right-handed people from using their left hand, for example. We only use one side of our body. Try writing with your non-dominant hand. do you believe in this and do you think it would work for you?

Well it is known from almost few centuries that using only one part of the body makes us go in more specific way and makes the second part little be lonely ;) And seriously when you use only one side of your body to do whatever the second one is getting less and less powerful. The blood is not going there as well as in the wroking part so after few years it may turn out that you got some health problems thats to using just one aprt of your body :) This sounds starnge but unfortunatelly that is the truth :)

if you use both you wont probably be affected by this disease. Good usage of both hands is carrying something or even typing on the keyboard using both hands :)
