Is paris the most beautiful city on earth?

There is a maxim that says see paris and die.The proponents of this maxim believes that paris is the most beautiful city in the world in terms of he scenic features in the city,paintings,roads,statutes,restaurants,museums and highly accomodating people.

i think it's one of the beautiful cities in this world. this is the number 1 in my list among the top 10 cities i want to visit.
