Is this site getting slow to upload or is it my computer/ISP?

It seems like everytime I try to come to this site it takes longer and longer for me to upload a page. And then when I click to "a discussion I've started" or try to view some one else's discussion especially if there have been a bunch of responses it take my computer literally like 20 secs to load. Usually my computer is very fast for any other website. Is there a site I can check the speed of my connection or something. I really need some help. I'm actually beginning to enjoy this site more and more, but as many of you know there's nothing worse than waiting forever for a page to pop up once you've clicked on a page.

It does seem to have been a little slower today .. but then I noticed that several web site I use were rather slow .. so maybe they were all having a problem with their servers .. it does happen now and then ... perhaps it was maintenance or I think large parts os some American states had power cuts due to the adverse weather .. so maybe that's one of the reasons why it seemed slower today ..

I was checking my updates on my site, and noticed that my blogroll's are funky ... If their computer, ISP or other property gets harmed in the process
