you see a girl in a bar, how do you know to go have a chat?

I thought I knew when to have a chat, but ladies I have known say they have given loads of signals to a guy and he still doesn't come over. Ladies what are we missing. Men, what have you learnt. Thanks.

Thats maybe the guy is shy But yes its easy to notice from the expression to see as to someone is interested or not you can start with a proposal of buying her a drink and all
