American Idol...Why so you watch the show??

well i do not watch them and i have seen videos of how they made people look so bad and ugly. i really think its not the way to do it.

Ye the bad actors are reason why the show is populiar. It is starting to get a little weak tho aint cool no mor.

Watching the Show last night, I wonder how some of these people think they can even get to that point to be an embarrasement like they were? But there are many times I wonder how some of them even that make it to the Final 12 get there? But we have seen a Couple of Great singers make it from this show, so I guess that is why it continues.

I watch it in the begining for the same reasons you do. Its amazingthat these people really think that they have a sining talent...lol. If I see a singer that I like I follow the show to the end but I work at night now so I wont be able to.

For one it is entertaining to watch. Not because there are bad singers in the auditions but you get to see what the next American Idol would have to go through and the competition that he/she will face to get to the top. Well, frankly the bad singers are the entertainment for the most part of the auditions, because I think people like to know/hear what Simon would have to say about them, knowing full well that he straightforward. But I really go for the true talents, knowing that there a lot waiting to be discovered.

i watch it because of those wanna bees, they became a laughing stuff, LOL, but seriously, i love to watch those real talents, and cant wait to hear how simon cowell throw words to those hopeless contestans. LOL!

me too! It's especially funny when they really don't get how awful they sound.

I watch the auditions just for that. I wonder if they watch themselves later, and realize they were horrible or if they really think they can still sing
