Goodness! . . I just have quite a few favorite muffins. I know that I have always loved chocolate muffins, banana chocolate chip muffins or even just chocolate chip muffins on there own. I also have always been a big fan of blueberry muffins, I just find them to be so very delicious. I also love banana, but also carrot muffins as well, etc.. I love how each one of the muffins I have listed to be my favorites.. Have such different flavors to them.. I have always been a big fan of muffins as I find them to be a lot lighter compared to snacking on a donut, or a cookie.. They are rather delicious indeed & hit the spot! What are your favorite muffins? And also if you have any muffin recipes I'd love to hear them so I could even try baking them as well! I enclosed one of my absolute favorite recipes below.. It's also one of my favorite muffins in general to snack on.. I hope if you try this recipe you like it just as much as I love preparing them, but also sharing them with my family! . . Thanks for allowing me to share! xx "Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins." Ingredients are as follows: - 2 teaspoons of baking powder - 2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour - 1/2 of a teaspoon of salt - 1/2 of a cup of butter, melted - 1/4 of a teaspoon of baking soda - 1/4 of a cup of milk - 1/2 of a cup of honey - 1 teaspoon of vanilla - 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 1/3 cups of mashed banana (medium bananas just four or five) Directions are as follows: - I make usually eighteen muffins each time I make these muffins. So if you have a muffin tin like this.. Line eighteen of the muffin cups with paper bake cups, & then set it aside after lining each cup. - After this take a medium bowl & combine the flour, the baking powder, the salt & the baking soda all together. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture, & then set aside. - Take another bowl you have on hand.. And combine the melted butter, with the honey, the milk & the vanilla. Add this to the flour mixture. And then along with the mashed banana & the chocolate chip pieces.. Stir until this is moistened. - When batter is ready spoon it in to the prepared muffin cups. Fill each 3/4 full. And bake in a pre-heated 375 degree F over for about 20 minutes or at least until they are golden. Then remove these from the muffin cups, & allow the muffins to cool on a wire rack or cool service for 15 minutes. Serve these warm with some butter on the side! ENJOY these delicious muffins! . .
